A Goal without a plan is just a wish gang!  Planning a goal is as easy as utilizing this acronym. If you have already set your 2017 resolutions review them and make sure you have a plan that incorporates something:

S – Specific

M – Measureable

A – Achievable

R – Realistic

T – Timely and Trackable
